These Terms & Conditions apply to all our export sales, quotations, orders and deliveries. By placing an inquiry or order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We export premium quality food and herbal products. Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Slight variations in color, taste, and appearance may occur due to natural origins.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is considered confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation or proforma invoice.
Prices are quoted in USD or as mutually agreed. Payment terms will be specified in the proforma invoice. We accept payment via Bank Transfer, LC, or other mutually agreed methods.
MOQ varies for each product. Details will be provided in the quotation or as per mutual agreement.
Lead time depends on product availability and order quantity. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics or customs are beyond our control.
We arrange shipping via sea or air as per buyer's requirement. Risk and ownership of goods pass to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping company.
We maintain strict international quality standards. Packaging will be done as per product category or buyer's specific requirement.
Buyers or their authorized agents are welcome to inspect the goods before shipment. Third-party inspection can be arranged if required.
Claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are not responsible for damages caused during transit or improper storage.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
All business information, documents, and pricing shared between both parties shall be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
