This policy applies to bulk and export orders handled by Dravanta Nexus Pvt. Ltd.
No Return on Shipped Goods
Due to the nature of food products and international compliance, goods once shipped or delivered cannot be returned.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
The order is cancelled before dispatch, AND
No production/packing/shipping cost has been incurred.
If costs have been incurred, deductions may apply.
Quality Claims
If you believe the product does not match agreed specifications:
You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence (photos, inspection reports, etc.).
Valid claims will be assessed and resolved through replacement, adjustment, or mutually agreed settlement.
Third-party inspection may be required.
Non-Refundable Items
Samples shipped internationally
Freight, customs, or inspection charges
Bank transfer fees or transaction charges
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on order stage.
Force Majeure
No refunds apply for delays or failures caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, port strikes, war, geopolitical restrictions, or government actions.
